We aim to publish clear, accurate content. If we make a mistake, we correct it.
This page explains how to report an error and what we do next.

How To Report An Error

  • The page URL
  • What you believe is wrong
  • What you think the correct information should be
  • Any supporting source or proof you can share

What We Correct

  • Factual errors in definitions, explanations, or claims
  • Incorrect numbers, charts, or tables
  • Broken links or incorrect references
  • Outdated screenshots or instructions that no longer match the tools discussed
  • Misleading wording that changes the meaning of a statement

What Happens After We Receive a Report

  1. We review the message and confirm what is being reported.
  2. We check the relevant source material or internal documentation.
  3. We decide whether the issue is an error, an update, or a difference in interpretation.
  4. We correct the page if an error is confirmed.
  5. We reply to the person who reported the issue when contact details are provided.

Timing

We aim to respond within two to five business days. Some issues may be handled sooner, especially if they affect key facts or numbers.

How We Make Corrections

  • We update the page content to correct the error.
  • We may update related sections so the page remains consistent.
  • We update the “Last updated” date on the page when a correction is made.

Case Studies and Performance Numbers

Our case studies are based on campaigns we managed or data we had direct access to. If a case study metric is wrong or unclear, we review the source data and correct the page. In some cases, a client may review a case study before it is published when they are directly mentioned.

Updates vs. Corrections

Not every change is a correction. Some pages are updated because tools change, best practices shift, or new information becomes available. When we update a page, we may revise sections for clarity and relevance.

Retractions and Removals

Retractions are rare. If we discover an issue that cannot be corrected without replacing the core content, we may remove the page or rewrite it.

If we remove a page, we aim to keep the URL available with a short notice explaining that the content was removed.

We do not publish private client information.

Corrections Beyond The Website

If we shared a page through our newsletter or social channels and later correct a major factual issue, we may share an update through the same channel when practical.
